Premises Policy
Welcome to Phoenix Float Rooms. To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all our guests and staff, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following Premises Policy:
1. General Conduct:
- All visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner at all times.
- Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, offensive language, or inappropriate actions, is not tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
2. Health and Safety:
· Follow all health and safety guidelines provided by our staff.
· Inform a staff member immediately if you observe any hazards or safety concerns.
· Fire exits must be kept clear at all times. Familiarize yourself with the emergency evacuation procedures displayed throughout the premises.
3. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Maintain personal hygiene to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.
- Use the provided showers before and after using the float tanks.
- Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and keep all areas tidy.
4. Use of Facilities:
- Only registered guests may use the float therapy rooms and other facilities.
- Guests must follow all specific rules and guidelines for each facility, including the float tanks, relaxation and vanity areas.
- Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
5. Personal Belongings:
· The centre is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
· Food, and drinks are not allowed in the therapy rooms or relaxation and vanity areas.
6. Bookings and Payments:
· All sessions must be booked in advance, either online or at the reception.
· Payments must be made prior to the start of your session.
· Adhere to our Cancellation Policy to avoid any cancellation fees.
7. Prohibited Items:
· Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, and any hazardous materials are not permitted on the premises.
· Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited within the centre.
8. Respect for Privacy:
· Respect the privacy and personal space of other guests.
· Photography and video recording are not allowed without prior permission from the management.
9. Liability:
· Phoenix Float Rooms is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
· Guests must sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with float therapy before their first session.
10. Compliance:
· All guests and staff must comply with applicable laws and regulations while on the premises.
· Failure to comply with these policies may result in refusal of service and/or removal from the premises.

Phoenix Float Rooms - Float Tank Usage Rules
1. Before Your Float
1.1 Health and Safety
- Complete the health questionnaire prior to your first float session.
- Do not use the float tank if you have open wounds, severe skin conditions, or any infectious diseases.
- Consult with your doctor if you are pregnant, have a history of heart conditions, or other serious health concerns.
1.2 Personal Hygiene
- Shower thoroughly, including washing your hair, to remove oils, lotions, and other substances before entering the float tank.
- Do not use the float tank if you have recently dyed your hair and it is still bleeding color.
1.3 Dietary Considerations
- Avoid heavy meals and caffeine at least 1-2 hours before your float session.
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before your float session.
2. During Your Float
2.1 Entering the Float Tank
- Enter the float tank slowly and carefully to avoid splashing water outside the tank.
- Use the provided earplugs to prevent water from entering your ears if desired.
2.2 Conduct
- Maintain a quiet and respectful environment; avoid loud noises or disruptive behavior.
- Relax and avoid unnecessary movements to fully benefit from the sensory deprivation experience.
2.3 Emergency Situations
- Use the provided button to signal staff if you require assistance during your float session.
- Exit the tank immediately if you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or other unusual symptoms.
3. After Your Float
3.1 Exiting the Float Tank
- Exit the float tank slowly and carefully to avoid slipping.
- Rinse off any residual salt solution in the provided shower.
3.2 Hydration
- Drink plenty of water after your float session to stay hydrated.
3.3 Feedback
- Share your experience with our staff and provide any feedback to help us improve our services.
4. Prohibited Actions
4.1 Prohibited Items
- Do not bring food, beverages, or any electronic devices into the float room.
- Do not use the float tank if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4.2 Misuse of Equipment
- Do not tamper with or damage any equipment or facilities. Any damages caused by misuse will be charged to the client.
4.3 Violation of Rules
- Any violation of these rules may result in termination of your session and forfeiture of any fees paid.
Phoenix Float Rooms’ Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following Cancellation Policy:
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the full cost of the session will be charged.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the session cost will be charged.
2. Packages and Memberships
- Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions, the same 24-hour notice policy applies to each individual session.
- Membership Plans: Cancellations and no-shows for sessions booked under a membership plan will be handled according to the general Cancellation Policy. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Phone: Call us at 061 513 077 during business hours.
- Email: Send an email to info@phoenixfloatrooms.ie with your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation.
- Online: Use our online booking system to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
4. Refunds
- Eligible Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment in compliance with our cancellation policy, any prepaid amount will be credited to your account for future use.
- Ineligible Cancellations: If a cancellation fee applies, the remaining balance (if any) will be credited to your account.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.

Phoenix Float Rooms - Fair Use Policy for €150 4-Week Unlimited Float Pass
At Phoenix Float Rooms, we aim to provide all our customers with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, the following Fair Use Policy applies to our €150, 4-Week Unlimited Float Pass:
1. Unlimited Floats - 1 Per Day
- This pass allows you to book one float session per day during the 4-week validity period.
- You are welcome to book as many sessions as you like within this period, provided no more than one float is scheduled on any given day.
2. Responsible Booking Practices
- To ensure that all customers have equal access to float sessions, we kindly ask that you book only sessions you are certain you can attend.
- In the event you are unable to attend a scheduled float, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your booking.
3. No Slot Blocking
- To prevent blocking availability for others:
- Do not book multiple sessions in advance unless you are certain you can attend.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations (fewer than 24 hours’ notice) may result in your pass being suspended or restricted.
4. Sharing the Experience
- This pass is personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred.
5. Good Floating Etiquette
- Please arrive on time for your float. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or forfeiture of the session.
- Respect our staff, facilities, and fellow customers during your visits.
6. Subject to availability
- If the requested time slot is unavailable, alternative options will be provided. It is recommended to book in advance to secure a preferred time. as we can't guarantee availability on short notice booking.
